COHEN
Fred, age 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 6th at his residence in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. Fred worked in Real Estate Management for his entire life.
He is survived by his loving wife Joyce of 60 years, his daughter June Veenstra and her fiancé Stan Farber of Wayne, NJ, his two sons Adam and his partner John Merriman of Roxbury, NY, Saul and his wife Patti of Vermont, 4 grandchildren Daniel and Robyn Veenstra, and Jennifer and Joshua Cohen.
Funeral services will be held today at 1:00pm, Gutterman-Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors, 402 Park St, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Rochelle Park, NJ.
Donations in Mr. Cohen's name may be made to the Bergen County Animal Shelter, Teterboro, NJ.
