Carmen on November 26, 2013 Emet J. beloved husband of the late Sabina T. Carmen
(nee Flynn); devoted father of Emet Carmen and his wife Patricia, Sabina "Bonnie" Carmen, Patricia McKay and her husband John, Patrick Carmen and his wife Sandra, Francis Carmen, George Carmen and his wife Karen, Mark Carmen and his wife Grace, Candace Enoch and her husband Joseph, Paul Carmen and his wife Cheryl. Dear brother of Doris Albrecht and her husband Bill, Charlotte Warwick, Marlene Phelan, Roseanne Conney and her husband John, Angelo Tollen and his late wife Anna Marie and the late J. Ross Carmen. Also survived by 30 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Road Nottingham, Maryland 21236 on Saturday and Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 11 am at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. My deepest sympathy to you all. After I moved here I became very fond of your Mom and Dad - like family. I will miss them. I remember your Mom always saying how close the family is and how proud she was of that. That closeness will get you through both these losses. Actually you never lose them they are always in your heart. Take solace in all the memories and good times.

Bonnie and all the Carmen Family. Don't even know where to begin to express my sadness,thoughts and memories of your father. From the first time I met him in 1964,I will never forget how handsome and how special he was. From that day to a few months ago at DeSantis, I always told him how handsome he was and that he will always be my Gene Kelly.Hope you can all endure the pain and sadness of losing your Mom and Dad withing a few short months of each other. You are all so close and a family that will keep and cherish so many special memories in your hearts forever.
