To the Burlison family. I am so sorry to learn of the passing of David. We knew each other from grade school all through high school. I joined the Navy out of hivh school and we lost contact. I have wondered about him many times. He was a good guy and a hard worker. God bless.

Diana and family,
I want to send along my sincere sympathy for David's passing. He was a wonderful man and was always so thoughtful with the ladies in the Komatsu Training Dept. He would always bring us gifts from the foreign lands we sent him to. I have them all and think of him every time I use any of them. He will be dearly missed by the Komatsu family and me. Again, I am truly sorry for your loss and pray that you find comfort in your faith and memories of him in the days and years to come.
Sincerely,
Linda Quintana

Mr. Burlison was my Understanding Your Auto teacher at Limestone the first year girls were allowed to take the class. I had just started driving, my parents bought me a 1965 Mustang which needed constant upkeep and repair. I learned so much from Mr. Burlison, and I have used that knowledge throughout my life. He was patient with me and determined to make a backyard mechanic of me! He was one of my most favorite teachers ever, I never forgot him. May he rest in peace. Jill ( Glisan ) Bloomer

David was one of the nicest members we had in our model flying club. One of his recent visits this year was during the club's family day with his wife Diana. It was great to see them there. We will all sorely miss his keen interest in us personally and his gentle demeanor. May his memory be eternal.
