My prayers go out to the family and "Aunt Norma". I have the fondest memories of being at their house for holidays as a child, and Norma's gentle nature. She was a kind soul, and had such a pleasant way with us as kids. God Bless her soul, and our thoughts and prayers go out to her family today. Mary, Sue Pete and Paul, you were blessed with such a warm and wonderful Mother. Our Thoughts are with you today.

Remember Norma as the greatest babysitter in 1950 when she took my sister and i to the Ionia Free Fair. The Anslows were great next door neighbors. My brother Dick graduated with Norma in 1951.

Many people remember our mom from her 30 years in the probate court as the court registrar. As her youngest child, I remember many summer afternoons as a kid, running around the courthouse, sliding down the railing over that checkered marble floor, bothering other employees trying to work, drinking ten cent sodas and waiting impatiently for her to get done working so we could spend time together. Mom worked hard for the probate court, but she enjoyed everyone she spent her days with in the service of the county for so many years. I know she will be missed not only by her family, but by the many people she worked closely with for so long before her retirement. Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.
