Kathleen Corlett Obituary

Kathleen Corlett Kathleen "Kay" Corlett ended life's journey on June 8th, 2014 at Aldersly Retirement Community in San Rafael. She was surrounded by people who love and will miss her deeply. Kay was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Corlett in 2002. Kay was born on April 15, 1926 in San Francisco to Virginia Pomeroy and Pat Mcguire. She attended the University of California, Berkeley and married Bob Corlett of Minnesota in 1946. After Bob's graduation at the University of Minnesota in 1947, the Corletts found a home in San Anselmo where they resided for forty-three years, before moving to Aldersly in 1991. For nine years Kay worked as an office manager at the Pacific Sun and for a short time worked as a part-time secretary in the County Administrator's office in San Rafael. She later on became a homemaker who was always very active in the community. Until recently, Kay was an active member of the Marin County Civil Grand Jury. At her request no memorial services are to be held. Arrangements entrusted to Keaton's Mortuary
