Didn't know Sam had passed. John, I will never forget popping into Woodstock among all my moving around as a kid and having you and Sam enlighten me on "growing up". Sam was one of a kind and everyone loved the heck out of being around him. He taught me how to dance when I was like 8 years old so I would not totally embarrass myself at my girlfriend's birthday party--this was over at Pat's home. My deepest sympathies go out to Sam's family and yours.
Sincerely,
Cousin Hank Nicodemus

Sam's Loving Family,
I worked with Sam at Indian River Medical Center and I am very sorry to hear of his struggle and passing. I have met many people from every corner of this globe and Sam is one of the finest, he touched my life and I am better for having spent some time in his company. It was always a pleasure to see Sam and I truly miss him.
Thank you to any who read this,
