To the entire William Culvey family we offer our most profound and sorrowful condolences at this time of great loss to all, Bill was a great next door neighbor of ours and we will miss him as much as you will. He was a fair and honest man like you will never find anywhere ,he was a friend and very close to the three of us. We wish to remember Bill as he was , a vibrant man who would help you out at the drop of a hat. Bill is at peace now and his pain and suffering are over ,he has been called home as we all be someday. I can see him now saying..."I can fix that tractor, just give me a couple of hours and I'll have her running like new"..........bless you Bill, you'll be a friend and neighbor and we will never forget.Rest in peace old friend.

We are sorry for the loss of your brother. Your folks always talked about their children, including Bill, and we saw lots of pictures of their family. They were very proud of each of their children. We felt like we knew you all.
