Services will be held Saturday, July 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church, 3708 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL. The Pastor, Reverend W.D. Sims, will officiate.

Charwanda (affectionately known as "Wanda") was born on September 1, 1964 to the late Harvie and Mary Alice (Lattimore) Lynn.

Wanda completed her education at HillsboroughHigh School in Tampa,  Florida in 1981. Her interest in Business Education would lead her to the Job Corps of America in Albany, Georgia, where she graduated in1983.

Wanda accepted Christ at an early age and later in her adult years joined the family of St. Matthew Missionary baptist Church. She was an avid reader, enjoyed singing, hosting family gatherings and writing poems. She was also a comdeian at heart and had the ability to make you smile or make you burst into uncontrollable laughter.

She was a compassionate and loving person and you knew it while in her presence. Many lives have been touched by her kindness and love. Her life spoke for itself. The love in her heart was the very essence of who she was.

"If I don't have anything else, I have my faith" is one of the phrases Wanda quoted to encourage herself when life's challenges seem to  hinder her move forward. These words she said was a reminder to never give up because as long as there is faith....there is always hope.
