News Death Notice
KUSS, Francis F. "Bud" 92, of Springfield, died July 22, 2014 in his residence. He was born January 12, 1922 in Springfield, OH to William J. and Ann (Barth) Kuss. Bud worked as a Union Carpenter for over 50 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WW II. Survivors include four children and spouse, Linda Ervin, Frances Kuss, Springfield, Kathleen (Greg) DeCoursey, Lima, OH and John Kuss, Springfield; ten grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, including, Danny and Judy Hopper, Vicki Hopper and Joe Kleehammer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine L. in 2001 and a daughter, Sara Hatfield. Friends may call in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
