MICHAEL LEE HILL Michael Lee Hill, of Perkasie and Watford City, North Dakota , passed away on Sunday, August 10, in Watford City. He was the beloved husband of Jaime Lynne (McGinty) Hill. He was 37. Born in Lansdale, he was the son of Howard Umland, of Perkasie, and the late Donna (Migliaccio) Umland. Michael attended Pennridge High School and proudly received his GED in May 2014. A gas engineer associate, he had been employed by Montana Dakota Utilities, of Watford City, North Dakota. He had also been studying for certification as an electrical associate. Michael was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose No. 1539, of Sellersville, and the Mertztown Rod and Gun Club. An avid outdoorsman, he loved fishing, hunting, camping, snowboarding, and fireworks. He always looked forward to the annual Memorial Day fishing and canoe trip with long-time friends, Zane Cramer, Dave Rich, and Joshua Parmley. He also loved the Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Eagles, but his true passion was the Flyers. In addition to his wife and father, Michael is survived by his three children, to whom he was a devoted, loving father: Mia Angeni, Ella Lynne, and Cooper Michael Douglas Hill, all of Little River, SC; two brothers: Joshua and Teddy Umland, both of Perkasie; his grandfather, Andrew "Henry" Migliaccio, of Harleysville; and his in-laws, Belle and Brian McGinty, of Little River, SC. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2014, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to aid in the education of Michael's children may be made to Jaime Hill, 2426 Glen Drive, Little River, SC 29566. I still think about Mike almost every day. I'll never forget the good times we had. He was like a brother to me.

Michael was my best friend while in high school. I have so many great memories of him. I'm sorry that I lost touch with him and just found this now. My sincerest condolences to his family, especially his wife and kids.
He will be sorely missed.

I have known Michael about a year. He was a serious, hard worker. We had recently been working on projects together. I will miss him & his sincere drive to accomplish things & trying to learn new areas of business & always wanting to make a positive difference.
