Frank J. Mollica

Frank J. Mollica, 74, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away of Renal Disease on Friday, August 22, 2014, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Twp., NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he resided in Freehold Twp. 19 years before moving to Jackson 6 years ago. Mr. Mollica was employed as a purchasing agent for Salomon Brothers, Inc., NYC, NY, for 39 years before retiring in 2003. He also worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. Frank proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church in Freehold. Frank was a member of the Westlake Men's Club and the Italian American Club of Westlake in Jackson, and he enjoyed hunting with family and friends.
He was predeceased by his Parents, Angelo and Mary Mollica; his Brother, Peter Mollica; and his In-laws, Marie Elena, Connie, Anthony, and Sal. He is survived by his Wife of 53 years, Louise Ann Mollica; his Son, Frank A. and Ildiko Mollica of Howell Twp., NJ; his Daughter, Janine and Frank Fabiano of Freehold, Twp., NJ; his Brothers, Tommy and Julia Mollica, and Jimmy and Paula Mollica; his Sisters, Domenica Covais and Antoinette Mollica; his Sisters-in-law, Marie Mollica, and Denise McCarthy; his Grandchildren, Mia-Bianca and David Ayers, Franco and Cente Fabiano, and Frank and Alex Mollica; and his many beloved Nephews and Nieces.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Visitation on Sunday, August 24, 2014, from 1-5 PM at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 10:15 AM on Monday, August 25, 2014, at the funeral home. His Funeral Liturgy will follow at 11:30 AM at St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, 16 McLean St., Freehold, NJ. A private cremation will follow.
