Amy and Family,
I just read about the passing of your mother. I am so sorry that I did not know sooner! Your mother was a class act! Both your mother and father were a very big part of my parents lives. She was kind enough to be there for my sister and I when our own mother passed last year. Her presence was very comforting to me. I know how heavy your heart feels and how many tears you shed, but just know that she was received with open arms and is in the company of your wonderful father now. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. Know that I will always be here for you if you ever need me! All my love,
Amy (Perdue)Hanchett

Amy - Sorry for your loss. Fond memories of Hal and Linda teaching us boys the finer points of Euchre, Why we root for MSU, and that the very best jokes are funniest because they are true. Just thinking of the times with them reminds me of back when Pennfield really was a great place to grow up.
best wishes,
John Meyer

Amy - I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, she was one of a kind. We had such good times on Jones Street back in the day. I know that she, your dad and my parents are drinking coffee and catching up. I am sorry that I will not be able to make it on Friday but we are in Chicago for the weekend. You are in my thoughts and prayers. A good friend gave me the following when mom passed and I have kept it all these years - may it give you comfort in the days ahead - 'Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the Love of our lost ones pour through and shine down upon us to let us know they are happy. '~Author Unknown Hugs and prayers coming your way.
