JACKSON COOK
80, of Hallstead, PA was called to heaven and reunited with his son, Daniel on October 9, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marjorie. Jackson is also survived by three daughters, Kim and Sterling "Hoss" Sinnett, Heidi and H. John Thatcher, and Kelly and Keith Lavin; a daughter-in-law, Betty; 10 grandchildren, Tiffany, Chad, Heather, Ashley and Matt, Jackie and Brady, Nicholas, Matthew, Katelyn, Evan, and Morgan and Mike; 4 great grandchildren, Taylor, Grace, Jaylyn, and Tanner; three brothers-in-law, William, Victor and Pat, and Edward and Kathy Arnold; a sister-in-law, Bettie Armondi; and many nieces and nephews. Prior to his retirement, Jackson was employed as a store manager with Giant Food Markets, Binghamton, NY. He took great joy in spending time with his family and they meant the world to him. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 13, 2014 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc., Hallstead, PA. Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 436, New Milford, PA 18834 and Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 600 Baltimore Drive, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
