John A. Neidigh, 88, of Conewago Township, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2014 in StoneRidge, Myerstown.
Born August 4, 1926 in Palmyra, he was a son of the late Clarence and Sylvia (Nye) Neidigh.
He was the widower of Ruby A. (Garrison) Neidigh who died January 23, 2002 and was also preceded in death by siblings Earl Neidigh, Robert Neidigh and Helen Newcomer.
He retired from Hershey Foods Corporation, was a member of Conewago Church of the Brethren, Hershey and a U. S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his children Steven Coffman of South Carolina, Dennis Coffman of Harrisburg, Thomas Neidigh of Palmyra, Judith Gump of Indiana, Elaine Neidigh of Palmyra, Kathleen Allwein of Palmyra, Laura Smith of Lebanon, Janine Neidigh of Idaho and Andrew Neidigh of Hershey; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Broadview Cemetery, Hershey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 1513 Cedar Cliff Drive, Suite 100, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
