My sincerest sympathies on the loss of such a wonderful woman! I met Betty in 1982, at the Apache Mall Woolworth's (Harvest House, then)..She taught me EVERYTHING & more about food service. I have many, many fond memories of Betty, both "professionally" and personally...Her smile, her laugh, her jokes and above all her caring ways will never be forgotten. Thoughts and prayers to Betty's loved ones during this difficult time.
God Bless~~

To the family of Betty Skelly,
I met Betty when my sister Carol married Phil Overton. Wow !! what family she came from. So much love and everyone was there for each other. I used to love to listen to Betty sing as Arnia strung. (How for is Heaven) that was my favorite. Just a few words to help you threw.
God saw her getting tired.
No cure was ment to be.
So he put his arms around her,and said please come with me.
God be with you,
Sharon (Dahl) Kranz

This saddens my heart to hear that the lovely Betty has passed away. I worked with Betty at the Honker for many years and she taught me how to truely care for the customers. I know how much she loved her entire family and all of the friends that she treated like family. My heart goes out to her family and please know that I will be praying for all of you. Sorry that I can't make the service I will be out of town. Heaven gained one amazing angel today!! Rest in peace Betty - until we meet again.
Love always,

Where do you start, an amazing woman. Bets had a heart of gold. No matter how bad it seemed, she would always say, (it will be okay, if not call me), I Will be there. The world needs more people like her. We will all miss you.
