Franklin Jackson
Asheville, NC - Franklin Maurice Jackson passed away, Tuesday, November 25, 2014. He was a native of Salisbury and a son of the late Felton Jackson, Sr. and Doris Hill Jackson. He attended Asheville High School. Franklin was a former member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and later became a member of Berry Temple United Methodist Church. Franklin enjoyed music and was very fond of animals. He was preceded in death by a brother, Frederick Jackson.
Surviving family to cherish his memory include a brother, Felton Jackson, Jr. (Marilyn); nephew, Maurice Jackson (Samantha); aunts, Marjorie Gilmore and Malona Ryans; several cousins; other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, Sunset Cemetery with Rev. Leslie Hines officiating. The family will receive friends at 1 Melbourne Pl.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Frank!! I often think about all of us growing up together. So happy for the golden memories. He will be missed.
