BUSH, W. LOU (HARRELL) - age 84, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Active member of Washington Presbyterian Church. Loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her door was always open to family, friends and those in need. Preceded in death by husband, John T. Bush; parents, AE and Reba Hamilton Harrell; brothers, AE Harrell, Jr. and Jack Harrell; and sisters, Rhonda Hixon and Faye Chandler. Survived by son, John Bush and wife Maryann; daughters, Brenda Begue and husband Tom, and Karen Olson; brother, Jerry Harrell; sisters, Hazel Drinnen, Lela Williams, Sue Hancock, Barbara Wolfe, and Kaye Shelby; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 12, 2014, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Rick McIntee officiating followed by the burial at Eastview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Washington Presbyterian Church, 7405 Washington Pike, Corryton, TN 37721. Lou was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. She was a surrogate Grandmother to our Kari Rose, who loved her dearly. She will be missed.
