Scott was no doubt a wonderful family man. It isn't often we read an article like the one on the front page of the Elburn Herald that showed the absolute devotion of his children.

Scott was one of the most humble men I have known. It was a privilege to serve with him on the missions committee at FBC. He used all his abilities and insights to quietly serve and to help missionaries around the world. We miss him but look forward to the reunion coming in Heaven, by Gos's grace.
