BANGOR - After more than 50 years of serving her Lord with her late husband, Rev. Arlington Booker, through many pastorates and the founding of Maine Rural Missions Association, Priscilla (Commeau) Booker was welcomed into the arms of her Savior, December 12, 2014 and reunited with all of her loved ones, waiting for her homecoming. The reunion would be trumpeted by her beloved son, Pastor Ronald Arlington Booker, who predeceased her more than 30 years ago, along with her parents, two brothers, and many loved ones whose salvation was a result of their many years of ministry.
She was an accomplished and acclaimed pianist and soloist, and graduated from Providence Bible Institute, where she met her husband.
She is survived by her only daughter, Sylvalyn (Booker) Tracy, her son-in-law, Rev. Roger E. Tracy, her only granddaughter, Chantelle (Tracy) Pratt, her husband, Daniel Pratt, and their children LemLem, Eden, Banalata, Emebet, and Dipankar. She will also be greatly missed by her only sister, Marion (Commeau) Cowan.
Also surviving her are Ron's widow, Patricia (Howes) Booker Trundy and her husband, Bruce, her two sons, Shawn Booker, his daughter Alexandra and her mother Maura (Viger) Booker, and Kevin Booker, his wife, Amy (Quint) Booker, and their children, Kaden, Jesse, Ransom and London.
