Tom A. Wise
67 of 3353 S.R. 643, Baltic, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 in Cullman, Ala. He was born March 16, 1947 in Bellaire, Ohio to the late J. Edgar and Leota (Corbett) Wise. He was a long distance truck driver for First Class Transport at Strasburg and an avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan. He was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ at New Bedford and the Ohio Horseman's Council. He is survived by his wife, the former Glenda Shutt whom he married June 20, 1970; sons, Aaron (Amity) Wise of New Bedford and Brian (Carie) Wise of Newark; four grandchildren, Ethan Wise, Addison Wise, Emily Wise and Haylon Wise; and sister and brother Loretta (Thomas) Day of Toronto, Ohio and Robert E. (Patricia) Wise of New Philadelphia.
Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Zion United Church of Christ in New Bedford with Rev. Patrick Ragon officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Smith-Varns Funeral Home at Sugarcreek.
