Having coffee with John every morning was a great way to start the day. He always welcomed everyone to Dunkin Donuts with a smile and a hug. Knowing John was a gift.
We became instant friends--that's just how John was. I am grateful for that friendship and for time spent with him. He was thoughtful, kind, caring, generous, and always willing to help. Plus, he had a mischevious side and loved to tease and pull your leg. I always enjoyed our visits and chats that were filled with fun and laughter. We had fun going to the Polish deli to find the best kielbasa. When the weather was nice, I looked forward to his garage being "open". You could just drop by to say hello. Everyone was welcome.
He was faithful and knew what was important in life. He always had time for people and he loved his family dearly. You've always been there for him, especially when he needed you. You meant everything to him. He always kept Lucy close to his heart and would share stories of her and their family. Thank you for sharing John with all of us. He was a dear and treasured friend who was loved by all. He will be missed terribly.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Nancy Kloczkowski
