Oh Uncle Mark! I loved it when you would take me fishing! You were always so kind to all of us kids and had such a great sense of humor! You are greatly missed! - Jani

Mark was always one you could count on for having a level head at the bakery. I had the privilidge to work with Mark at Franz(Gai's). As I recall management never had to worry if he would show up for his shift or not. He was very dependable and willing to help out when needed. Mark will be missed by many.
