THOMAS B. MAHAN CROWN POINT, IN Thomas B. Mahan, age 63 of Crown Point, passed away January 16, 2015. He served for the U.S. Army and retired from Ford Motor Co., Chicago assembly Plant, after 30 years of service. Tom was an avid Cubs and Bears fan; and he loved golf, guitar, and most of all, his family. He will be greatly missed by many. Tom was preceded in death by his parents: Bert and Greathel; siblings: Bobby Joe (Cindy) Taulbee and Carol Roberts. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Nadine; children: Lisa (Ernie) Ray, Becky Mahan, Sabrina (Nick) Dobrzeniecki, and Tommy (Dena) Mahan, Tracy Ford Mahan, Tara Burnette; grandchildren: Chris, Dylin, Ernie, Nick, Alexa, Nadia, Eve, Reyna, Rory, Connor; siblings: Scherrie Roberts, Tondalaya Mahan, Theresa (Jim) Feurhing, Danny (Diana) Mahan, Bill Trinidad, Patty Ortiz, Tim (Johna) Mahan, Toby Mahan, Tammy Mahan, and Tina Mahan; many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit with Tom's family from 2:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN, with a funeral service following immediately at 7:00 p.m. www.burnsfuneral.com
