Marjorie E. Needles, age 77, of New Castle, DE, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 26, 2015 with her children by her side
Born in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late William and Martha Seward. Marjorie was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed painting, baking, and crocheting.
Marjorie is survived by her children: Samuel Needles (Karen), John Needles (Barbara), Robert Needles, Lenny Needles, Carl Needles (fiancée Paula), and Marjorie Ritter (Joseph); 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and her brother, Carl Seward. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph H. Needles in 2007.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Friday, January 30, 2015 in the Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2220 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE, 19720 followed by a service celebrating Marjorie's life at 2 PM. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
