Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of Buddy. I was fortunate to work for him at the C&S Bank in Roswell in the late '70s. He was a great boss who treated everyone with respect. We were like a big family and he cared deeply for everyone. He was always a positive mentor. He was quick with a joke and lots of fun!! He was loved by all who were lucky enough to know him. Your family is in my thoughts.

Ree, I saw this only because someone else posted it on FaceBook. I've thought about you and Buddy with a smile many times through these years, and am very sorry for your loss. I'm so glad, though, that you had so many good years together! Dick McKinlay worked with Buddy at C & S, and my father, Luther Colbert, also knew Buddy through the bank.

So sorry to hear about Mr. Stamps. Wonderful man and spent many summers with the entire Stamps family growing up. All the fond memories of spending a week at Cesta (C&S) and swimming in the pool or hanging by the juke box at the lodge. The were known as the "over the hill gang" and us young kids were "the rat pack". Mr. Stamps will be missed. Condolences to Mary, Anna and Tommy and the entire extended family.
