I was genuinely heartbroken over Aunt Ann's passing. I have lovely memories of being a little girl and camping in Lake Sagandaga, and getting to go play with 'Daddy's cousin's'!! The days we saw you were the highlight of those camping trips (I was never a real fan of camping...)! I have a lovely picture in my mind of Aunt Ann at Terrence and Linda's wedding. Her smile was bright, and beautiful!!! Sending you all so much love and peace from England!!!

Aunt Ann. Such a bright beautiful smile. A great voice and a wonderful laugh. I loved seeing her at all the family functions. She always knew me and my kids. She always made time to ask about everything that wAs going on. We were fortunate to spend time up at "the camp". I can see the room see how she was at the sink straightening up. Cooking fussing and bring the best hostess. The thought of her name brings her laugh to mind. I will miss her presence. I love you all.

It's no wonder that there were so many members of the Gibbons clan in Schenectady recently. You all and your Mom and Dad were known for that infamous VW van - with all of you piled in to it, travelling no matter where or when an event or occasion was happening -- at the time in Brooklyn or New Jersey from Flatbush. I always remember looking out the window waiting eagerly for it to appear - it always meant there would be fun. The worst thing I did to your Mom was to empty the Chanel #5 that your Dad bought for her into the mud in the back yard and then fill the bottles up with the mud and replace them on the dresser. I owe your Mom and Aunt Alice most of what I learned about babying -- She had me changing diapers for all of you -- as I gagged and tried to simultaneously hold my nose and deal with safety pins and diaper corners and at the same time, not get sprayed by Matt and Jimmy!Thank you, dearest Aunt Ann for all you taught me. You were an amazing Mother and Wife and Aunt.
