Sorry for your loss. Peggy was taken to soon from all of us. I really enjoyed the short time that we shared together. She always helped my son (Chad) out and made him feel so very special. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend for many years. We will miss her deeply.

Peggy has been a dear friend and companion for almost 30 years - we enjoyed drama classes, attending theatrical events and dining out together - she will be so missed, she was so beautiful, dynamic and effusive - always a joy to be around.

"They say there is no reason
They say that time will heal
But neither time nor reason
Will change the way I feel
No one knows the heartache
That lies behind my smile
No one knows how many times
I've broken down and cried
I want to tell you something
So there won't be any doubt
You are so wonderful to think of
But so hard to do without"

God gave me a gift--your friendship. He allowed me the richness of your company as you passed through Bob and my lives. I have many fond memories -- gut throbbing laughter, serious discussions, cruising the Caribbean, the sharing of political views to mention a few. You spent hours expertly editing my final draft of my my first novel and encouraged me to walk it through to publishing. You were a loving, generous person that was honest to a fault. Love you -- love your family and love knowing Jesus has embraced you in Heaven dear one. I ache with losing you but am delighted with your birth into your new life.

It was an honor knowing our neighbor Peggy, a very special person Dynamic, Strong and Individualist still full of compassion.

We will miss Peggy dearly. The time spent and memories created will last forever. We will fondly remember playing sequence in the dead of night, chatting endlessly trying to solve all the problems of world, trying out different restaurants. How would I forget the compliments on my yard even when it was a mess. Peggy welcomed our families when they visited from India.

Neighborhood has lost a true gem, our thoughts and prayers go out to Peggy's friends and loved ones.

Peggy was the light and life at every event. She marched to a different beat , was proud of it which drew people to her. Will miss our dear neighbor of 24 years.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Peggy's family. I had the pleasure of being Peggy's neighbor for the past 21 years. A sparkle has been diminished in the neighborhood. Peggy always had a great smile and a great laugh and could always find the humor in everything. I can't remember how many times stray dogs would show up at her door as if they knew she would never turn them away! As I walk out my front door everyday, I can still hear her voice saying, "LaTerre, Mr. Monk, come on, it't time to come in." She will be sorely missed and never forgotten.

I was so sorry to hear of Peggy's passing. She was a sorority sister at BGSU. We stayed in contact for years here in Atlanta, but lost touch. Life shouldn't happen that way. The Peggy I knew marched to her own beat and lived life without regrets. What a wonderful way to live. I will remember her as caring, smiling, and laughing. I pray that your family can find peace and comfort in God and joy in your memories.

It comforts me to know that we have the assurance that God will help those who are in pain or enduring a time of hardship at Psalms 94:19. I hope you too feel the comfort of these words.

Peggy is my mother's (Donna Frey Raines/Royalty) best college friend. I have known Peggy all my life. As a kid, trips to ATL were routine and staying at Peggy's was a TRUE treat. She SPOILED me and made me LAUGH. I remember going shopping and sneaking into her dressing room telling her what to buy and what to reject! We'd laugh and laugh. My freshman year at Bowling Green, Peggy and my mom came to visit while touring their Alma Mater. I was honored to be a BGSU Falcon. While growing into adult-hood I have learned quite a few things from Peggy. 1.) If Peggy regards a comment or moment as "Priceless" she means it! 2.)Animals are precious beings. 3.) My mom is human. (I clearly remember THAT talk!!!). 4. Take pride in being an independent woman. **Peggy, you are priceless, and I AM lucky to have you in my life. I love you.***

I am sending my heartfelt sympathy to Miss Dot, Sue and Patty - and Peggy's entire family. She will be missed greatly. Peggy was a very good childhood friend - maybe those are the most important. Her warm smile and caring attention to others will be warmly remembered.

Dear Peggy,
I will always remember the special life shaping times we had while studying abroad in France back in 1971. You with that big toothy smile and easy laugh, adventurous. You deciding to stay on and work in France and then coming back to the US and ending up as a head financial honcho at your company for so many dedicated years.
I'm glad we got to reconnect when I came to Atlanta for my work a couple times a few years back, as you invited me to your home and I met some of y our special friends and beloved doggies. We also got a chance to reconnect with you and Donna and myself when you came to Columbus and I flew in.
I hope you are at peace and watching over us now, in a good place.
Au revoir Cherie,

Peggy, you listened hard when I needed your wisdom. You were there to share uncontained joy as well as deep sadness. We can thank our parents for a well-spring of faith that bonded us with hope. You knew what to say, how to say it and when to be quiet. We nearly always ended up with laughter to set the world right again. And so my beautiful, compassionate, intelligent, complex friend, I bid you farewell from a life that blessed me in so many ways. I picture your gorgeous Peggy smile in perfect peace.
