LEWISTOWN, Mo. -- Margaret "June" Brenner, 93, formerly of Lewistown and Ewing, died at 11 p.m. Tuesday (March 10, 2015) at Country Aire Retirement Estates in Lewistown.
She was born June 20, 1921, in Quincy, Ill., a daughter of John Emmett and Olivia Cason Boudreau. She married Wilbur Brenner of Lewistown on Sept. 21, 1940. He died March 31, 2004. She was a graduate of Ewing High school and a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ewing. She worked for the Lewis County Farm Bureau in Monticello and at the Ewing Water/Sewer district. Survivors include four sons, Jim and his wife, Jean, of Quincy, Kent and his wife, Lavonne, of Quincy, Phil and his wife, Marla, of Potomac Falls, Va., and Neal and his wife, Wendy, of Omaha, Neb.; one daughter, Carol Sharpe, of Quincy; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James Boudreau and Robert Boudreau. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 16, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ewing with the Rev. Basil Eruo conducting. Burial will be in Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jim Brenner, Kent Brenner, Phillip Brenner, Neal Brenner, Tim Brenner, Michael Sharpe and Doug Brenner. VISITATION: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 15, at Arnold's Funeral Home, Lewistown. MEMORIALS: Country Aire Retirement Estates or Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
