HENRY PALMER GRIFFITH, IN Henry Palmer, age 54, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Methodist Hospital - Northlake Campus in Gary, IN. He was born on April 4, 1960 in Hammond, IN. Preceded in death by his beloved parents, T.W. and Willowdean Palmer. Henry is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 34 years of marriage, Andrea Palmer; daughter, Amy Palmer; son, Eric (Danielle Didier) Palmer; granddaughter, Summer "Sunshine" Palmer; grandson, Eric Palmer, Jr.; siblings: Charles (Denise) Palmer, Wesley Palmer, Eddie Palmer, Judy (Dennis) Fletcher and Pattie (Danny) Hinshaw; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members. Henry worked at Hanna Zabriski for several years. He was a member of Illiana APA Pool League. Henry enjoyed playing pool, fishing, hunting, flying model airplanes, working on cars, spending time with his loving grandchildren and family. Visitation will be Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Main Chapel at the Ridgelawn Funeral Home, 4201 West Ridge Road, Gary, IN 46408 (219) 980-5555. Funeral Service will be Monday, March 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Charles Palmer officiating at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Gary, IN. Henry will be deeply missed by his loving and devoted family and precious friends. God Grant Him Eternal Rest.
