Salinger, Jerome Jerome Salinger, 90, of Easton, passed away March 17, 2015 at Westminster Village, Allentown. Born in New York, NY, he was the husband of the late Charlotte (Hamburg) Salinger and he was the son of the late Sidney and Bertha (Pasline) Salinger. Jerome was an Army veteran of World War II and he was an owner of the former Penn Jersey Textile in Alpha, NJ for many years until retiring. He was a member of Temple Covenant of Peace, Easton. Survivors: Sons, Alan Salinger and his wife, Mary, Charles Salinger and his wife, Phyllis; Grandchildren, Nina Salinger Prasanphanich and her husband, Adam, Joshua and Steven Salinger; Great-Grandson, Louis Prasanphanich. Jerome was predeceased by his sister, Pauline Eisenberg. Services: 10:30 AM Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Congregation Keneseth Israel, 2227 W. Chew Street, Allentown, PA 18104. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Allentown. Interment to follow at Easton Cemetery.
