I am sadden to hear the passing of Carl. As a young airman at CAFB he made a lasting impression on my life. he was kind and all around good man. As I moved on in life the lessons he taught me on the Fire ground and in the Fire Station sustained me thru some of my most darkest moments. When I became a Fire Chief of my own department those life lessons showed me a clear path to lead. I will miss him. but I am assured to see him again as we both believe in the one true God the master of all heaven and earth. God bless the family....well done thy good and faithful servant!
