Samuel Brent Jr.
MANSFIELD: Samuel Brent Jr., 54, passed away, Saturday, March 21, 2015 in Ohio Health MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness.
Mr. Brent was born on Saturday, November 5, 1960 to Samuel and Johnnie Mae (Ferance) Brent Sr. in Canton, Mississippi and moved to Mansfield with his family at a young age. Samuel was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a former employee of General Motors of Ontario.
Samuel is survived by his mother Johnnie Mae; five sisters, Norma Jean Brent, Emma Lou Brent and Claudia Pigott, all of Mansfield, Theresa Brent. Texas and Johnnie Mae Hall, Florida; a brother, Timothy Brent, Mansfield; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Brent Sr.
Friends may call Monday from 4-6 p.m. in the Ruth Anna Lee Williams Memorial Chapel of Williams Funeral Services where the family will be present. No services will be observed.
