Rose Talluto Karl, 93 years of age, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Beloved wife of the late John Francis Karl. Survived by her daughters Mary Karl Vamvoras, Karon Karl Leveque, and the late Sharon Karl Torres; sons-in-law Denis P. Vamvoras, Richard W. Leveque, and Julio L. Torres. Also her sister, Lucy Tallulto Pedelahore and late brother-in-law Joseph Earl Pedelahore, Jr.; nephews Joseph Earl Pedelahore III, Louis John Pedelahore (Jeannette Graves) and Anthony James Pedelahore, and grandsons Denis Peter Vamvoras II, Shawn Michael Vamvoras (Jennifer) and the late Christopher John Vamvoras, also Miles Paul Vamvoras, brother of Denis Vamvoras, Sr., and granddaughters Alicia Torres Generes (Christian), Lindsey Leveque Barbee (John), Karla Kristen Leveque (Jacob Landry), and Alexis Torres Wiles (John ""Jack""). Also great granddaughters Samantha Rose, Gabrielle Alexis Generes, and great grandsons Zachary Damaré Generes, Caleb Christopher Vamvoras, and Cruze Michael Barbee, and step-great grandsons Collin Peter and Connor Patrick Barbee. Preceded in death by her parents Louis Joseph and Rose Segreto Talluto, brother Anthony J. Talluto, and grand nephew Joseph Earl Pedelahore IV. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, LA. Mass will begin at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
