Michael Koach Obituary

Koach, Michael G.Michael G. Koach, 87, of Allentown, passed away March 28th, 2015 at Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice, Allentown. He was the widower of Lillian E. (Richard) Koach, who passed away in 2002. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late John S. and Mary H. (Schwartz) Koach. He was employed at Exide Battery Co., Allentown for many years until retiring. A veteran of World War II, he served with the Merchant Marines, United States Navy, Army and Air Force. Michael was a member of St. Joseph's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown. Survivors: Nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother John S. Koach, Jr. Services: 10:30 AM Wednesday, April 1st at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Streets, Allentown. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall. A viewing will be held Wednesday 9:30-10:30 AM at the funeral home. Contributions: may be made to the charity of one's choice.
