Shera and Brett and the entire Westmoreland family, I just found out and my heart is breaking for the passing of my wonderful friend!!! I love Dave so much and he was such a wonderful person to me. We had so much fun working together on our PI cases. He always could make me laugh while teaching me at the same time. What a wonderful soul!!!!!! I sure wish we would have had that last lunch together the last time I was home. I am so glad I told him that I loved him!!!

I know that he will be deeply missed and Bridget and I extend our sincere condolences and regret that we are unable to attend.

Tot & Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I loved Uncle David like my own uncle. I will always remember his awesome biscuits and tomato gravy. He could cook the best breakfast I've ever eaten. Kudos Uncle David for the best
biscuits in the world. My prayers go out to each one of you and I pray the Lord will give you the strength you need during these difficult times. God Bless you all. Uncle David is in heaven cooking those fluffy delicious biscuits for JESUS and the Twelve. I have fond memories of my visits to the town of Dry Prong, Louisiana and visiting with the Westmoreland Family. What a pleasure to have known the Westmoreland's.
