Mike,Sue and rest of the Cassabian family. I am so sorry to hear that your Dad passed. I knew your father from back in the 70's when I worked at the Palace with my Aunt Arlene. Your Dad was one of the regulars and he was a kind and funny man. May all the wonderful memories you have of your Dad bring you some peace during your time of grief. Prayers to your family during this hard time.

When my wife and I were 1st married we moved to Greenfields and drove two beat up cars, it was all we could afford at the time. One of the cars would not start, and with no other option I pushed the car to Southwood Mobil, and met Mr. Cassibian for the 1st time. Over those 1st few years, the cars went into Southwood Mobil quite a few times, and Mr. Cassibian patch those things up the best he could at the most reasonable price. If we had a major problem and the bill was going to be more than we could afford, he took payments. The first time he did this, I could not believe it, every week my wife would run the money down, kids in tow and Mike would subtract that amount from the bill until it was paid. That was 38 years ago, and we never forgot that kindness. When he and Mike moved the business to Mantua, we followed them. Thanks for everything!
