Marylou enriched the lives of those around her. She was the epitome of grace, kindness, compassion and selflessness. She put the needs of those around her before her own. She was a "the glass is half full, not half empty" sort of gal. She wasn't judgmental, she didn't complain about or criticize others. She saw a need in others not being met, as she did in me, and for that she has filled a spot in many that would have otherwise remained an empty place in our hearts and in our emotional well being. Too often we overlook life's lessons or do not pay heed to what we can learn from others. But, I am confident that the lives of those of us who Marylou touched, will have paid heed, will have learned from her, and will keep her memory alive through our own actions going forward in our own lives. We will miss you but will always feel your presence for that is how strong your love was and always will remain.
