May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Although, remembering those times might be painful at first. In time, these memories may help you to heal rather than cause you to hurt. Realizing, that no matter how much we love another person, we cannot control his or her life, nor can we prevent time and unforeseen occurrence from befalling those we love ~ Ecclesiastes 9:11.

I remember Rolla Briggs as a true gentleman who was a partner in one of the first airplanes that formed the Ponderosa Aero Club in Boise in 1974. An excellent pilot, he was trusted to fly Governor Cecil Andrus around the state during a re-election campaign. We know his family celebrates what a good man he was.
