Helen Ruth Sewell Holloway, 85 went to be with the Lord April 30, 2015. She was the loving wife of the late James K. Holloway, and a daughter of the late John William and Elizabeth Jane Welch Sewell. She was a member of Monaghan Baptist Church.

Ms. Holloway is survived by a son; James P. Holloway and wife Janice, a daughter; Sharon Ann Brown and husband Jack, two grandchildren Jennifer Brown Newton and husband Chris, and James Kaison Holloway, two great-grandchildren Logan and Greyson Newton, three brothers and two sisters, several nieces and nephews Ms. Holloway is preceded in death by two brothers.

The family will receive friends at 10:00am at the Graceland Mortuary Chapel on Monday May 4, 2015. Graveside services will take place at 11:00am Monday May 4, 2015 at Graceland Cemetery-WEST.

The family asks that memorials be made to Monaghan Baptist Church Golden Agers Group of which she was a member.
