Mary K. Gardiner
90, passed away on May 2, 2015, following an extended illness. She was born Aug. 7, 1924 in Massillon to the late Walter and Harriet Fenton. Mary was a kind, loving and giving woman, dedicated to her friends and family.
She is survived by her children, Ruth Anne (Gardiner) Thomas of Massillon, John (Rose) Gardiner of Strasburg and Jerry Gardiner of Massillon; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James W. Gardiner; two sons, James E. Gardiner and Jay Gardiner; two sisters, Ileen Bryan and Harriet Zorger; and three brothers, Walter Fenton, Charles Fenton and Clarence Fenton.
Friends and family may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery. Messages of condolence and support may be sent to the family at www.paquelet.com
