Sinikka was and is beloved by her family and remembered for her easy conversation, peppered with humour and good remembrances. She poured her life into family but also the BC Legal Victim Services helping witnesses prepare for court, joining Dave in the Squadron boat outings with many good friends, gardening, getting new ideas from the last publications at the library and having good times with family and friends brought her joy and strength! She will be greatly missed and our beautiful times together remembered.

My heart goes out to all the family. I had the pleasure of knowing Sinikka through her sister Rita. She was a warm and caring person and her passing will leave a big void for all that knew and loved her. Deepest Sympathy.

I first met Sinikka at a mom and tot's group at Willingdon Community Centre at which time we both were fortunate enough to join our neighbourhood babysitting co-op. Sinikka was always a picture of poise and loveliness. Always. We send our sympathies to Dave, David and families. Terry and JoAnne Fahr

I had worked with Sinikka for many years at Regional Crown Counsel while she was with the Victim Services. Sinikka was the perfect person to deal with victims she had such a soft, caring touch & you could tell she really felt the pain that the victims & their families were going through. She was the best!
Take care Sinikka I'll see you when I get there. Coreen
