MORROW, OTIS MARK Age 89, of Clio, died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Cranberry Park in Clio, MI. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 212 Center Rd., Otisville, MI at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 15, 2015. Visitation will begin at 9:30 A.M. till the time of Service at the Church. Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Flint at a later date. Otis was born on August 12, 1925 in Flint, MI, the son of Walter and Kathryn (Tucker) Morrow. He served in the US Air Force during WWII as a airplane mechanic. He married Mary McCann in 1949. He retired from Buick in 1978 after 33 years in skilled trades. He moved to Largo, FL where he enjoyed 37 years of retirement until returning to MI. He enjoyed helping many neighbors at Fairway Village in Largo, and also helped out at the dialysis center in St. Petersburg, FL. He belonged to VFW Post 9643 for many years. He was an active member and usher at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Largo, FL. He also enjoyed golfing, and dancing, but most of all a good laugh. His wife Mary preceded him in death in 1985. He married Norma Wilkins in 1986. She preceded him in death in 2014. Surviving are: his sister, Jacqueline Vandesteene of Davison, MI; five children: Helen Norman (Bruce Montfort) of N. Fort Myers, FL; Mark Morrow of Traverse City, MI; Susan (Donald) Firman of Charlevoix, MI; Janice (Douglas) Reynolds of Boyne Falls, MI; Carol (David) Miller of Otisville, MI; two step sons: Mike (Ginna) Wilkins of Fort Wayne, IN; and Keith (Leah) Wilkins of Carmel, IN; 16 Grandchildren and 26 Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Polycystic Kidney Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association.
