Danny and I did each other a lot of good. We talked about our lives, our ups and downs, the good times and bad. I think of Danny Ray every day and although I miss him terribly I know he is out of pain and anguish that he had here on earth.
Love you Danny Ray..... Your Yankee best friend.

I just heard of Danny's passing and I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Danny Ray in Traffic Division a few years ago (like about 40 yrs ago). He was always so nice and a big teddy bear. I was a cop's kid, who happened to work there in Traffic along with my dad, T.E.Cooper #299. I'll always remember him with fond memories; working Mayfest and the Stock Show. He was one of the greatest guys that I ever got to work around. May God wrap you in His arms and help ease the pain. May God bless your family. Your memories and your love for Danny Ray will help ease the pain of your loss. He is definitely in a better place, with no more pain. You will definitely be in my prayers, again I am so sorry for your loss.

Susan, I am so sorry for your loss. You had a long, fun and happy life with Danny but its never enough. We want more time with the people we love. My favorite memory of Danny is when I walked out of the church after Brad's service and he was getting on his bike. He led Brad and us to his final resting place. For that I will always be thankful for him. May God bless you during this time.

I worked with Danny in the Traffic Division for many years, and will remember him as always being a gentleman and a big Teddy Bear. God rest your soul and be with the family in this trying time.

Susan, my deepest condolences. You know that I loved Danny Ray very much. We were great friends. As W.T.Eary's daughter'(Kathi cop-kid), D.R.was a rookie in our neighborhood his first yr. He is gone too soon.

Danny Ray, I am so happy you are rejoicing with your family again, pain free. God got another angel. My heart goes out to all that knew Danny Ray. He was a good man, father, and friend. I pray also for Susan, and Linda for God to give them the strength to get through this. Until we all meet again in a better place. "Go rest high upon that mountain." You will forever be in our hearts.
