Hamlin
Asheville - James L Hamlin, 86 of Asheville, passed away on May 19, 2015 at the John F. Keever Solace Center.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Beadie M. Hamlin; sons, James D. Hamlin of the home, Fred B. Hamlin and his wife, Shirley of Greenville, TN; his daughter Marlene Moore and her husband, Sam of Arden; his two sisters, Rosalee Harwood of Woodfin and Jean Hamlin of West Asheville. He is also survived by his three grandchildren, John H. Vance of Hendersonville, Scarlett Moore of Asheville and David Hamlin of Candler; his three great-grandchildren, Ariana Moore, Delilah Hamlin and Christopher Hamlin; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral services will be held at The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located on 3104 Sweeten Creek Rd in Arden at 1:00PM on Saturday, May 23, 2015 with Bishop Dale Curriden officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00PM at the church. Burial will follow at Elk Mountain Community Cemetery.
