MARYSVILLE - Charles E. Campbell, 44, of West Mansfield, died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
A truck driver and carpenter for most of his life. Charles was a member of the West Mansfield Conservation Club. He was an avid angler, which is putting it lightly. He loved fishing and would spend any free time he could doing it.
Born Aug. 10, 1970, he was the son of Charles Campbell who preceded him in death and Linda (Long) Morris who survives in West Jefferson along with his stepfather, Richard. Also surviving is his companion, LaNeena Rees of West Mansfield; sister, Paula (Jason) Hannah of North Lewisburg; brothers, Chris Campbell of West Mansfield and Craig (Mandy) Campbell of Delaware; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and his faithful dog, Scout.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Alice Long; uncles, Roger and Bob Long and Dick Wilcox; and an aunt, Patty VanHoose.
Friends may call from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the MANNASMITH FUNERAL HOME, 621 W. Fifth St., Marysville. A gathering for family and friends will be held at 4 p.m. following calling hours at his brother Chris' house 24143 State Route 47, West Mansfield, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
