Alice Mae (Brault) Weekly, 94, of Lindenhurst, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 27, 1921 in Kankakee, IL. She is survived by her children, David Ray Weekly, Richard Jay (Ginny) Weekly and Joyce Fay (Neal) Soapes; grandchildren, Kari (Chris) Le, Makinzie Soapes, Jessica Soapes, Jason (Samantha) Medina, Jeffrey Medina, Amy Weekly, Richard Ray Weekly; great grandchildren, Brandon, Chloe, Cameron, Brielle, Benjamin, Anna and Rebekah. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Maud (Harling) Brault, husband, Edwin Ray Weekly, daughter, Carol Mae Melvin and daughter-in-law, Caryl Weekly. Alice worked for 23 years as a secretary and Assistant Business Manager at Lake County Society for Human Development. She was very involved with Christ Episcopal Church in Waukegan, was Past President twice, had a committee on the Altar Guild for almost 20 years, and belonged to a women's small group. Alice loved nature, traveling, camping, and as a child, enjoyed fishing. She was a devoted, loving mother and grandmother who loved her family above all. Visitation is Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 5-8 pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services are Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 11 am at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee.

Joyce, it was with sincere sadness that the news of your Mother's passing was received. Many years have come between us since first we met at Christ Church but memories of the many happy times we spent together will remain in my heart.
May you be comforted by family and close friends at this sad time in your life.
