Carol E. Anglin
SEDALIA — Carol E. Anglin, 64, of Sedalia, died Sunday, May 31, 2015, at University Hospital in Columbia.
She was born October 8, 1950, in Sedalia, a daughter of Fred and Trudy (Kraus) Karigan. On November 23, 1985, in Sedalia, she married Kerby Anglin, who survives of the home.
She was raised in Sedalia and was a 1968 graduate of Sacred Heart High School. She attended CMSU, was a licensed cosmetologist and a homemaker. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, New Hope Baptist Church and Parkview Christian Church. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Carol's great joy was in raising her two boys.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Trudy Karigan-Knight, Sedalia; two sons, Matthew Anglin, Sedalia, and Christopher Anglin, of the home; four brothers, Steve Karigan (Kathy), St. Louis, Jeff Karigan (Linda), Charlotte, NC, Tim Karigan (Kim), Sedalia, and Joe Karigan (Chris), Carrollton, TX; two sisters, Martha Karigan-Winter (Larry), Huntsville, AR, and Patty Williams (Bob), Twin Falls, ID; and ten nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her father, Fred Karigan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am, Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Sacred Heart Church with Father Mark Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be Stephen Karigan, Jeffrey Karigan, Timothy Karigan, Joseph Karigan, Larry Karigan-Winter and Bradley Karigan. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will take place 10 am until service time at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society or Diabetes Association in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Condolences may be offered online at www.mclaughlinfuneralchapel.com.

I have so many great childhood memories growing up next to your family. Many hours of playing canasta on there front porch with Carol in the summer time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Carol and I lived about a block apart in the 80's. Have many memories of visits with her.
