Kenneth B. Keith, born January 1, 1921 in Hinsdale, died Sunday, June 14, 2015 at his home, in peace, surrounded by his family. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton, Ken had lived in Lisle for the past four years, having been a longtime resident of Naperville, Plainfield and Lombard. He was an avid fisherman, master gardener and successful bridge player. Ken worked for over forty two years for General Motors in LaGrange, retiring in 1981 as the Sales Promotion Manager for Electro Motive. Ken is survived by his children, Peter (Marlene) Keith, Pat (Dr. Jeffrey) Leach, Mark (Cindy) Keith, Melinda (Craig) Singleton, Christopher (Ellen) Keith, step daughter Mary Alice (James) Kauling; step son-in-law Roger Knott; sister Jane Feldott; sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Madeleine Keith; first wife Gloria (nee Johnson) Keith; his second wife Cecelia (nee Harney) Keith, grandson Christopher M. Keith, brother Gilbert Keith Jr., step daughters, Jane Mann and Joyce Knott. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Chapel of Villa St. Benedict, 1920 Maple Ave. Lisle. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 516 S. Washington St., Naperville.
