Brumlic, Eleanor
Eleanor M. Brumlic, age 87, of Denmark, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at her home.
Eleanor was born September 23, 1927 in Denmark, daughter of the late George and Andrea (Walters) Haltaufderheide and graduated from Denmark High School. She married Leonard Brumlic, November 4, 1950 and together they shared 63 loving years of marriage before he passed away in 2013.
Eleanor was a switchboard operator for the phone company and later for St. Vincent Hospital where she worked until her retirement. She loved to talk and had many lifelong friends that she enjoyed keeping in touch with. Her passion was spending time with her family and friends. Eleanor was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed having a glass of wine with her friends.
Eleanor is survived by her children: Barbara (Leon) Urban of West Allis, WI, Bonnie (Jim) Price of Sarasota, FL and Tom (Renee Jonet) Brumlic of Denmark; grandchildren: Laura (Miguel) Ramos, Michael (Joaris) Price and Christopher (Kristen) Price all of Florida; 6 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Harold Brumlic; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; her parents; a special pet, Sadie and other relatives.
Memorial visitation will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, (5930 Humboldt Rd., Luxemburg) on Monday, June 29, 2015 from 9 to 11 AM.
