News Death Notice
KELLY, Norma B. 84, of West Milton, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit. She was born in Tipp City on January 24, 1931. She will be missed and remembered by her sons, Brian (Sandy) Arthur of Pickens, SC and Brad (Cindy) Arthur of Tipp City; two grandchildren, Dr. Ashlie Arthur (husband Nikolay Orekhov) of Chicago, IL, and Brock Arthur of Hollywood, CA; brother Robert Roetter of Pleasant Hill; sisters Linda Haley of Vandalia and Margaret Hoover of Clearwater, FL; special friends Ci Develbiss and Pat Flowers; and her cat Maxine. She was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie (Boyer) Helman. A gathering to honor Norma's life will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton, with a memorial service following at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, P.O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373. What a nice lady . . . we had such fun times over the years. I met my girlfriend in the early 60's and from that time 'till now, she was indeed a treasured friend. We will all miss her greatly but celebrate in her new life. Love and blessings, Barb Scott
